"Please don’t move here. The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbors conversations. I have been complaining to the rental office about a child running above me every day all day and they have done nothing about it. They said they’re legal department said it’s normal apartment living having a child run above your head all day every day that it knocks pictures off of your wall is not normal apartment living, don’t do it. I am not exaggerating. The staff is very nice and friendly. This place sucks and I’m trying to break my lease now because I don’t wanna be here anymore. I’ve only been here three months and I’ve had no peace."

Their professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness to my questions is over and beyond my expectations. "I went to tour the Tiffany's at Maitland west and was absolutely amazed by the customer service Jocelyn Zupancic presented to me. The clubhouse is bright & open. The rooms are super clean & updated. I signed a lease on the spot. If you’re looking for a new place I 100% recommend you come give this place a tour! Ask for Ms. Zupancic & I guarantee she’ll take care of you."
"I had a great experience touring and learning about the Tiffany everybody was very nice and the place is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately I had some special needs that I had to consider if my husband and one of them is the close proximity or apartment would be to our car and also a balcony is something that we felt like we wanted. So unfortunately it didn't fit for us but I would definitely tell everyone that's curious about this place that it is absolutely amazing"
