"I've only been here for about a week, and I am already thinking of ending my lease early. The day of my move in, my leasing agent told me she found two dead roaches and that pest control would be there the next day. News flash, they never came. I called and they said maintenance would come over and spray some stuff, but never came. It's been over a week and pest control has yet to come. Everyday I find more roaches. I haven't even been able to unpack my kitchen, as I am waiting for pest control to take care of them. I have gone through 2 bottles of Raid roach killer, and just tonight I found one in my bathroom. I am honestly done with this place and plan to get out of here as soon as I can. The leasing office workers are nice, don't get me wrong. But they have failed to uphold their end of the lease agreement, and I am taking action against them so I can get out of here immediately."

Maintenance team works really hard and they are very helpful, Luis came to fix an issue and I also took care of and additian problem I had in the kitchen. I appreciate the hard work and service."
