"We love the Lake House! The leasing office is so friendly and helpful. Jessica, Michelle, Angelica and Renee always make us feel welcome when we stop by and they always give our dog a treat too! Jorge from the maintenance team is so friendly as well and quickly helps us with any fixes and repairs we need. Thank you to the entire team for all you do!"

"This may seem like a fake review written by the property, but I can assure you, I don't work for them! IMT Lake House is a little more expensive than other places that we looked at, but trust me, it's worth it. From the amazing customer service provided by Jessica and Michelle, to the maintenance tag team of Jorge and Christian, IMT have really hired the best people. As far as the property itself goes, I don't know what more we could have asked for. Gorgeous pool, cabanas, a regular gym for weights and a second gym for Spinning (with a rowing machine!) They also have a very relaxing common area with comfortable furniture, many televisions, and even a pool table! Outside in the swimming pool area they also have grills and a freaking pizza oven! All you have to do is reserve the amenities in the app (for free) and you can host little gatherings with family/friends. The parking garage is also very accessible and feels very secure, with a limited number of charging ports for electric vehicles. Though they might need to add more, it almost feels like 1/3 of the residents have a Tesla. Lastly, this property is walking distance to a great bar (American Social), an amazing Italian restaurant (North Italia), and other places I haven't got a chance to try yet! If you're lucky enough to get an apartment in this complex (they have very few empty apartments), I think you will be more than satisfied."

"I've always been well taken care of! I love Angélica, who helped me from the first service! We've lived here for a week, but we can already say that we love it and we're happy! The apartment is beautiful, the condominium wonderful! Issues resolved quickly! How nice it is to live here! Thank God for that!"
