"Justin was absolutely amazing! I am so happy i got to work with him today! He gave a great in depth tour of the property! I am very happy with this property and hope that I am able to secure an apartment here. I wish there was an apartment for my move in date or a way to get the first 2 months or month and a half free so i can secure this apartment! "Moving from one Cortland property in Texas to here in Florida was made easy by the team here. Mel offered to give me tours via phone to help pick out my apartment. She also on the day of arrival was super welcoming and great my pets like family. Every time you see the team out they wave or say hi. I was out changing plates on my car and one of the many maintenance men stopped to lend a hand. The grounds are well kept and its beautiful. Very happy to be apart of this community."
"I love living here. Going on year 4 and haven’t wanted to leave! The community events are super fun, there are yummy food trucks several times a week, the grounds are kept up nicely, and it’s a place where we’re proud to call home. ❤️ highly recommend! Currently at a pool party they’re hosting now :)"
