"Purchased a house that was on the market from this real estate company. It had been vacant for a few months. Fridge disgusting dirty, bugs in bathtub, food still in cupboards. Wound up purchasing the house from my realtor. Only left with 1 Key to 1 door, garage door openers not working, house not professionally cleaned, no info left on name of utility companies, house is a smart house with On Q. No instructions on how to use. 8 ceiling fans/ lights removed and not replaced. Lanai screen ripped and broke. I would think a real estate company would have made sure this was all taken care of prior to showing."
