Harbor Oaks Apartments

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! These apartment buildings have mold all throughout the interior of the electrical sockets, German cockroaches, rats, and really bad ant issues. You can also see the rod iron that was used to build the apartments from the outside. If you want to live in a code violation and safety hazard, be my guest. The management acts like they know everything (they don’t even know their own lease agreements lol). If you have any maintenance issues, including emergencies, you’ll be expected to wait 24-48 hours for them to even ATTEMPT to knock at your door. Half of the time they won’t even knock or say anything, and act like the order was completed. Worst place ever."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The complex has been vandalized over and over and the management has instructed us the residents invest in security camera's at our expense. I have had my wind shield smashed and my neighbor had to have a Sherriff remove someone trying to break into her apartment. The rental amount continues to go up with no updates to property or units. My stove, Fridge and sink is all rusted and from the 1970's, my carpet is pieced together and the floor is uneven, the roof is leaking in the sunroom area, and all this for 1265.00 a month for 600Sq ft. They allow people with several huge dogs to be in these tiny apartment and the barking and howling through out the complex can be heard. The lady below me has 4 huge dogs that howl all night and day and nothing is done to her after reporting her 5 times. Still nothing. Just do not move to this complex, pay the 200.00 to 300.00 more for your peace of mind."

"Very new tenant. Absolutely disgusting and staff is very unprofessional. Was told it was move in ready. When we started the move in process, there were roaches, broken cabinets, holes at the bottom of bathroom drawers, bottom of the fridge broken, TONS of dead bugs in the refrigerator. Many emails and phone calls to get things fixed, and they did nothing. Had to put in the work orders. The maintenance men were very nice, but I could have done what they did to fix the issues. They didn’t replace any of the things broken. They basically put bandaids on all situations. This place is absolutely NOT worth 1550, I’d say about 950. Moving out as soon as possible."

"I will leave zero stars but I actually have to leave on to review it their maintenance is non existent. My girlfriend has been without her a.c./garbage disposal/dishwasher/ screens on her windows for a week plus now. Who the hell is running this place???"

"Do not move here! The lease is barely legal, they do not use the pet deposit for any pet damage. They keep it to themselves and do not include it in the itemized list of damages upon move out. The staff and organization running this complex is barely above the limits of legal. BARELY meaning they will take and take from great people just looking for an apartment to live in. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU NEVER WANT TO SEE ANY DEPOSIT OR CORRECT INFORMATION EVER!"
