"If I could give zero stars I would. I stayed their for two weeks and then a week. I was told it was my responsibility to wash my bedding, clean my room, clean my shower, clean my toilet, clean the microwave, make my bed with clean sheets that I pay to wash, I was told it was my job that I had to keep my room 100% of the time. There were ants and roaches everywhere. We had roaches crawling on the bed. Their was ants everywhere we stepped. They were all over the sink. Roaches in the sink and shower as well. The bathroom had open exposed wires coming from the ceiling. The shower was falling apart. Tiles were coming off and their was wholes in the wall. I complained multiple times are room did not have air. I requested a double bed multiple times. The second time we went back got stuck in the same room. Are price was 105 a night. The la Vista inn was 420 with two adults and 3 kids. We stayed at the Suncoast with my 1 year old it was me and my fiance. It was 105 a nice no deposit. We have stayed the la Vista, the rodeway, the la casa, the holiday hotel, motel six, clear water motel, everywhere as we were homeless. I tell all my friends if they need a place to crash the Suncoast ain't it and I got a spare bed come stay with me. I was told because I did not sweep the floor, mop it, wash the cigarette burned blanket, wash the sheets, clean under the mini fridge, clean dirty towels, wash clothes, dirty socks, used shampoos bottles and other hygiene items that were in our room when we checked it we weren't allowed back. Was told that I completely trashed their room. That I didn't become a maid and clean their dirty nasty room they put us in for them. We didnt want that room and worked around the nasty stuff they refused to get out. I broke down and cleaned some of it out. I took the trash out Dailey. Was told I was a nasty filthy slob because I asked for clean towels. Well their shower leaked and it complained the first time. So to give my sun a shower we had to put a towel down on the floor because you know he was 1. He's two now. Just turned two. He was 18 months the first time we stayed. He was 20 months the next time we stayed. The first time we stayed it was all three of my kids and me and fiance. Well they wouldn't give us a two bed. This time their employee well don't know if he worked their but back then he did stole my cat that I offered to pay the pet deposit for. Was told my cat destroyed their room. That my cat who never even got up on our bed without permission destroyed their room because his little feet had mad. Well I'm sorry he's a cat and your floors were filthy to begin with. I asked for a mop multiple times and a broom. I had one the first time I stayed as we stayed for almost a month before we went somewhere that had working air and would give us two beds. We tried multiple times to be nice. Finally the manager said their bedding was trashed because it was dirty from three nights of being their. Three nights with roaches crawling on us. Was told we broke the dressers and night stand. That the medicine cabinet was off the wall. That their was foot prints on the toilet. That the toilet was broke. The sink was broke. I mean we were told their room was completely trashed and had to be decommissioned but yet the owner had my number. Never called me. Never told me I was banned. Never said anything. I have a two bedroom place now. Water, sewer, electric, everything is 475.00 a month and that's rounding up. We have a heated pool two. My kids are not yelled at. My kids are 1 and two. I have twin 1 year olds. They are free to play Infront of my door. My son is free to play at my door now without being yelled at that he can't play outside or sit outside. I mean for a family place definitely don't recommend. If you don't mind a filthy establishment you get exactly that. My cellphone charger, and other items magically went missing as well out of our room after we informed them we were leaving to go somewhere with a bathtub. I own a portable bathtub and shower for my kids now because it was hel there. 0/10 don't recemend"

"Nasty's motel ever roaches everywhere room wasn't clean microwave didn't work an to top it off I didn't even sleep cause worried about what would crawl on me my advise don't stay at this dump they should shut them down unsanitary"

"Owner was very rude, yelled. Pillow cases were not washed. I sprayed ands wiped everything and used my own bedding. I would have left but I was sick. Asked if he'd charge less, give a senior discount, he yelled and said he could get $120. Not for this old run down place, with little to none amenities."

"The rooms were clean I didn’t see any bugs and I work at a hotel myself so yes I know what to look for. Sheets and blankets could at least match better however didn’t have a problem. Bed a little hard but I’m not the one to complain. Owner is very nice yes stern about his hotel but every own has to be it’s a business so no he’s NOT RUDE! I’d definitely rent from him again the rates are affordable. Was very quiet as well."
