"I’ve lived here for 3 years I’m a mother of two girls and I’ve been with out AC for going on 2 WEEKS no one has helped me the landlords husband shows up at 5:30 pm knocking on my door and all I had on was a bra and underwear I said can you please move over so I can put something on. He says “you have an attitude I’ll come back tomorrow” it’s 84 in my small small apartment. And I’ve reached out so many times to her."

"very funny that this place removed all the bad reviews to make themselves seem better. horrible place to live and my 13 year old daughter was actually inappropriately touched by frans husband lynn to where i had to call the cops and then they evicted me because i reported it. there used to be 14 reviews on here which all were bad and had something bad to say personally about management. watch your kids carefully around these people. also there is black mold in the walls which kept me and my kids sick and even put my son in the hospital and plumbing is absolutely horrible. my apartment ended up flooding. these are very sick people who look down on their tenants and instigate fights between tenants by sharing people's private information"
"Very nice place to live! I love living here! Clean and quiet! Fran, the manager is very nice and profesional. Her husband and the maintenance guy are also very nice and professional. Grounds and laundry very well kept! Best place I've lived so far in Florida!"
