"I came into the complex hoping to see what was in the pictures. Sadly the grounds are awful. The screened in patios all of the units screens were hanging off the bldg. That is always a bad sign. It looked horrific. Some people had blankets up to windows and I obviously did not bother to ask for a tour. Dirty grounds grass all burnt up. This was all I needed to see. No Thank's. I hope the owners get this message, I understand they really do not care about this property and I would agree. It shows without a tour. Don't waste your time."

"I used to be the one crystal hired to clean up the parking lot and around the dumpster and clean out the trash people left in the vacant apartments and ever since they fired me this complex has been extremely trashy and the last year or so I have lived in my apartment with no A/C exept for a tiny window unit that didn't even keep the apartment cooled and I live with my 57 year old fiance who needs to stay cooled off and a month after they fired me our refrigerator went out and our garbage disposal froze up so we can't use the dishwasher and just got hit with a 748 dollar 3 day notice that Gabriella montez knows perfectly well that we can't afford because she refused to honor the section 8 letter saying we had until December 1st without giving us time to find a new place to live which is extremely rude of her and the say this is the owners favorite property that is a laugh and if it is I hate to see what his least favorite property looks like and I agree with all the bad reviews ridgestone apartments has gotten"
