"Lori is a rude unprofessional trashy person...She needs to be fired! She will walk in your room talk to you like she is better then you when she lives in the hotel. She doesn't even brush her hair before she rolls out of bed and comes to the front desk. She will call your room at 10 o'clock at night because she has no respect for you! Even though she has no problem staying there because her room is paid for because her and her son and his fiance work at the front desk. She needs to be fired! She lies and is the worse person I have ever meet in my life. I really hope she gets fired...and gets kicked out of the hotel! I have contacted corporate and the News station to investigate the hotel. Because with the way she treats people needs to be broadcasts so she loses her job! She tried to bust in the room will my son was in the room sleep and because she thought she heard him awake and thought he was not answering her she proceeded to bang on the door and them tried to enter the room while he was in the bed...she is a dangers person and I would not feel safe having my kids there with her having access to the rooms! She needs to lose her job....She no power there but when her boss is not there she goes on a complete power trip and tries to make herself feel important and starts harassing the guest. If you have not paid by 9 am she will call you and tell you to come pay her...not pay the hotel she says you owe her money..she is a trashy uneducated disrespectful child...I say child because she throws tantrums like a 2 year old. And after she lies on you she can't even look you in the face. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! FIRE LORI! SHE HAS NO RIGHT HAVING A POSITION WHERE SHE HAS TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE! I REALLY WILL SPEND ALL OF MY ENERGY MAKING SURE THIS IS KNOWN.."

"The management there are XTREMELY 2 FACED THEY TREAT U LIKE TRASH UNLESS U HAVE MONEY BUT IF UR USING VOUCHERS OR PROGRAMS ARE HELPING U PAY FOR ROOM BE PREPARED TO FEEL LIKE A POOR POS CUZ THAT'S HOW THEY TREAT U ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER N ASSISTANCE MANAGER RATE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE A MILLION STARS I WLDNT RECOMEND THIA HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY"

"I thought this being a new location the hotel would be nice. My room is filthy . I’m never staying here again. The 1st room smelled like a strong mop chemical. The second room must wasn’t cleaned. Hair was on the bed and in the bath tub . Woodspring quality has diminished over the years - Detrick"

"I found two roaches in our room. I don't mean palmetto bugs. I mean actual roaches. There's also a lot of needles and pipes outside. It's definitely not a safe place to walk your dog."

"Absolutely love it here. We sold our trailer over a year ago. We have been bouncing from hotel to hotel because of the 28 day mandate. We now have a place to call home. You don't have to leave. It wears on you every 28 days especially not having a car. We have been here a week. Front desk staff is very attentive, rooms are huge with a desk, big bed, chair and best of all a kitchenette. I feel very safe as you need a card to gain entry. I'm very happy to call this home. And am so relieved I don't have to worry about moving every 28 days. Absolute best place ever."
