"We found a home on the Internet and went to look at it. It had a realtor sign in the yard and said by appointment only. We called the number and got Kelly and John, husband and wife. While we had a pending offer on the home, John said he showed the home to two other buyers. Not supposed to do that. Plus, when seller said she wanted to shampoo carpets, John told her not to do that. We had the carpet cleaned right away and did not expect seller to do that. Agent was Definitely not working on our behalf, as the buyers. Made us leary of working with them as we no longer trusted our agents. We did end up buying the home but would NOT recommend these agents to anyone. Find someone who is Trustworthy!"
