"Nice, clean rooms, quick responses via email and calls, helpful staff. I will also add that there is no front desk, but thankfully no problems occurred. Fantastic location, surprisingly quiet, and one block from the ocean. Will stay again!"

"So far it has been fine.We have a premium studio that comes with pretty much what you need. The virtual desk assistance was quite helpful when we called regarding getting the password info and getting help with the noise that came from room above us. We stayed on the first floor AND we could hear heavy walking, furniture rearraging AND even the smoke detector that must've gone off. Not sure ALL guests think about how loud everything sounds when your room is just below them. :/ Only one washing machine works per the work staff who pointed us in the direction of the laundry area. The location,though,is SO convenient! Bus/trolley stops just 2 blocks over."

"Unresponsive and irresponsible host. We arrived to the place realizing we were given the wrong room, we book for 2 bed but only get 1 bed. There is no one in the building that could help us, we texted, no response. After getting someone on the phone, we were told the issues was caused by system error, and they ask us “please give us few minuets to check with the team”. We waited more than 2 hours to get the response “we do not have any other units, we are fully booked :( “ No suggestions or any support were provided. They ask us to waited 2 hr for noting. At that time it was getting dark and we are stuck with a room that won’t fit our party. And I don’t understand why it took them 2 hr just to check if their room is booked. After realizing we can’t get the room we booked for, we requested for a refund so we can go to a different hotel that has rooms that will fit our group, and get the response “I will be checking further on this” from the host. And this time, we never get a response after that, till the next day, “I just wanted to make sure everything was okay with your first night in the room.” Lol, I understand system has issues, and that’s fine. But the hostel makes no effort to resolve the issue, other then pretending it don’t exists and wasting our time waiting for them to “check with team” but no solution, is unacceptable."

"I used to stay here several times and really enjoyed myself every single time. :) Great people, great vibes, great location. Clean and quiet at night (stayed in a 6 bed dorm on the first floor), beach and plenty of food options right there. Awesome management and staff! :)"
