"Avoid Jurny at all costs. The property I stayed at was a health hazard, with rampant mold and uncleanliness. Essential appliances, like the sink and air conditioning, were broken. Safety was a further concern; the lock was faulty, compromising security, and the fire alarm frequently went off due to other guests smoking. This level of neglect and the lack of response from Jurny reveal a disconcerting disregard for guest safety and comfort. Such conditions are unacceptable, making Jurny a choice to be avoided for anyone seeking a reliable and safe accommodation."

"The worst place possible - do not stay here. There was no electricity no AC and they said they won’t be able to fix for a couple of days. Customer service is horrible and did not offer any reasonable solution. After 2 hours of waiting to reach customer support, they said they would call us back the next day since it was 8pm when it happened, leaving us no choice but to pack in the dark while trying to find another accommodation. If you think that you might be able to save some money booking this place, please reconsider because we ended paying so much more for a last minute option and were put in an unsafe situation as we didn’t have a place to stay that night."

"the power went out and we were told they couldn’t fix it for a few days. they could not offer us a new room except for one 0.6 miles away that was only 1 bed (we had 3 people). they also wouldn’t offer us a refund for the remainder of our stay, only the last 2 nights (even though we had 4 nights left). Awful experience not the mention the room was tiny, the window was broken and wouldn’t shut, and the AC barely worked. DO NOT stay here!!!!!!!"

"I would not recommend to anyone. On the time of check-in it turned out that our reservation (booked one month in advance) is not valid and our room has been booked to somebody else. Due to some system transfer on their side we didn’t get e-mail that deposit was not paid. We were left with no place to stay after 20h trip from Europe. Customer service offered we can stay 3 days only (instead of 6) but after sending invoice turned out they increased price per night comparing to what we originally had booked."

"I had a 6 nights stay. Central location near to the beach and nicely furnished apartment according to the pictures. Yet no option to select it on a building map before and very bad isolation. I would also have expected a cleaning service at least once during the stay giving its duration."
