"WAS ROBBED FOR OVER $8,000 WITH FAKE CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. The manager has promised a refund for over a year. She has sent me fake refunds, asked me to wait 60 days to see if it appeared on my CC statement, then asked me to show proof of dispute. Each time she has pushed me out months and months and now won't take my calls. THIS IS A SCAM. I AM FILING A POLICE REPORT. NEVER STAY HERE"

"I had to cancel my room a month before. The lady I spoke with to cancel said they would refund me what the had charged me. We’ll still to this date they have not refunded me nor answer there phone. I have left multiple messages but no call back. I was clearly told that I was in the time frame to cancel with no charge. I guess they still keep your money."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Have never experienced such terrible customer service as i have with these people! Voicemail mailbox is always full, they never answer the phone, when booking or payment issues occur they offer nothing but contact “booking.com” . I was then told my situation was handled (which i have recorded) and then called me a week later about what was already dealt with. She told me i was lying and started yelling at me over the phone, always have recording and witnesses. When asking to speak with a manger she told me she was the only one working there during the day and that she could not give me the mangers name. She then hung up in my face!"

"I had such a great experience with these apartments. They were very comforting and made me feel like I was back in my own apartment. Very spacious and cozy. The staff were great and were very helpful and ready to accommodate whatever was needed. This definitely made my vacation worth while and I will be back soon."

"I will first state that I’m not a person with a sense of entitlement. I am a nurse and mom of three who just wanted to have a weekend getaway and felt as if my hard earned money should have been spent with a more respectable company. With that being said I would like to provide others who work hard for their money a fair in look into pros and cons. And before starting please note that your money will be immediately drafted despite Expedia’s no fee reservation advertisement. The room was clean and as pictured although squared footage was smaller than imagined. And the benefit of being there is once you make it to the main floor you’re right on the strip. However there is no housekeeping! We had to walk a building over to receive towels only when the hotels sole receptionist saw fit to provide them to the partnering company. We were REFUSED wash cloths for a party of three adults. There’s also no ice machine but an ice tray the size of your phone. If you’re considering paying more to have an ocean view save your money! The balcony is next to the wall of another building so that will be your view with very little to no sunlight. There was a water pipe issue prior to our arrival so we dealt with molded shower curtains. And most importantly they do not service their elevators. We were stuck on one for 40 MINUTES until the FIRE department arrived costing us our flight accommodations. No one called to compensate us for our losses or to even apologize. Very disappointing."
