"Worst customer service in the world! Never answer the phone and when they do, they have an attitude. I ended up just changing my reservation to a different place. Worst customer service, don’t book with them. I am going to find a way to speak to someone in charge. Disgusting!"

"Do not reserve with this company. They have very poor customer service. They want you to pay in full a month in advance. I had reserved 3 month ago, and forgot to cancel. One morning I wake up and I see 2 huge charges on my cc. It was them. It took me a while to remember, but it was how I realized I had forgotten to cancel. (granted my trip was still a month later.) That same day, it took hours to get someone on the phone, I let them know that I had forgotten to cancel and I could no longer make my trip. They still charged me $564 for the room even though I will not stay in their hotel. I call that stealing, plain and simple. This company is bad. don't deal with them. they are thieves."

"I booked this accommodation in July 2018 to stay in Miami in October 2018. Prior to attending the property i tried to call many times to make general enquiries but I couldn’t get through. When I finally got through the customer service was so poor in the way I was spoken to as a customer and and they had no customer focus to even bother dealing with my enquiries. Bearing in mind I’m a resident of the United Kingdom. When I finally arrived at the location to get the keys as apparently was in a different location to the actually apartment ( big inconvenience ) i couldn’t find the place. I tried calling again running up my UK Mobile bill and nobody answered. I had to ask around to find out were to go. When I finally walk in and I went to the desk I stated I had a reservation and I’m not from the country, I have tried calling times and nobody answered as I was lost. He complete discarded what I said and ask me my name and the apartment I was staying at. I didn’t get a sorry for the inconvenience or the fact I was trying to call and never got through. Anyway he then directed me to his colleague who body language and attitude towards the me was appalling to a degree I felt uncomfortable but after all this I wanted to just get my keys and go. He didn’t even greet me he just said take a sit and give me your name, when I challenged his service in regards to customer focus and care he said he didn’t care what I think if you want I will give you back a full refund. Bearing in mind I still haven’t received a full refund which I’m fighting a case to still get! He also said he didn’t want people like me staying there. I was very disappointed at his statement. I said your going to leave me in a vulnerable distressed situation as the money refunded will take days to go back on my UK bank card and I will have to find money else where to pay for another accommodation instead of using my pocket money. I said are you going to inconvenience me and put me at that distress in a country I’m not resident to be left on the street running up my uk mobile bill. He stated he didn’t care! He actually called the police on me as he wanted off his premises. When the police arrived they was very helpful towards me and my situation and helped me get another spot to stay. They told me to go on yelp and let the world know about their service! I actually took the liberty the next day going to look at the accommodation I was meant to stay and believe me the pictures they have up are not what it is! The apartments are in a alleyway and presentation is poor! There is no view. It’s between stores. There was a lady coming out and I told her my situation and she said she received a bad service as well and she kindly showed me her apartment. The apartment was horrible. Poor bed blanket very thin, tiles falling off, poor hygiene. The money you spend here you have get better at 20th Street. I got a guest suite with a balcony and view for 600dollars for 7 nights and this place wanted 700dollars for rubbish. People please do not stay here, I will be taking as much action as possible to get my money refunded and make them lose business.- Lewis & Megan"

"Wasn't to bad..perfect location,couch was a little dirty, and the shower was cement lol..bring blankets, all and all it wasn't terrible"

"Good place to stop if you want to save money and cook by yourself. Parking problem it's really pain here. The public parking on the next block usually overloaded."
