"Avoid Jurny at all costs. The property I stayed at was a health hazard, with rampant mold and uncleanliness. Essential appliances, like the sink and air conditioning, were broken. Safety was a further concern; the lock was faulty, compromising security, and the fire alarm frequently went off due to other guests smoking. This level of neglect and the lack of response from Jurny reveal a disconcerting disregard for guest safety and comfort. Such conditions are unacceptable, making Jurny a choice to be avoided for anyone seeking a reliable and safe accommodation."
"The worst experience ever! There was Wifi issue, the room is too small and staff is incompetent and doesn’t care about us. They sent us the check in details 15 minutes before the check in time. I would never recommend it."
"DONT STAY HERE!!! the power went out on our 3rd night and they wouldn’t move us to a new room or set us up with a new accommodation. they wouldn’t even offer us our money back for the remainder of the stay (only a few days). Huge inconvenience and horrible experience, don’t recommend at all"
