Circa 39 Hotel

"Excellent location, clean beach, clean and spacious room, friendly staff. I love how it is a bit off the crazy section of south beach, yet close to the beach and conveniently near everything. They also try to accommodate late check-out which is usually very helpful in a beach stay. One very helpful hint at check-in was to park in a facility ~ 8 minutes away which saved us 40 bucks a day!"

"The room was clean, nicely decorated, a bit on the small side. The TV had no local news, which I found odd. The food was a bit pricey, but tasty. It was in a great location. The beach was 1/2 block away; chairs and beach towels were provided free of charge. There's a small food market right next door with good food and delicious baked goods. Plus, CVS was very close by."

"My friend and I stayed 3 nights at Circa 39 at the end of Jan 2024. This is a pretty hotel with a great veranda for drinks and food, nice pool area, and additional garden space. We were able to park our car in the lot right next to the hotel and leave it there during our stay - paying via a parking app. Our room was very clean and in good condition. It was on the small side, but big enough. We did not notice any street noise, but could hear the people in the room above us off and on. The hotel is in a great mid-beach location from which it's easy to catch the free Miami Beach Trolley. The hotel is just across the street from the Miami Beach Boardwalk and the beautiful beach. Our room came with 2 beach chairs, an umbrella (waiting for us on the beach), and beach towels. Staff from the beachside Cadillac hotel provide bar service on the beach for Circa 39 guests. We ate at the in-house restaurant twice and enjoyed the sharing plates. On Saturday morning, the restaurant was very busy - so service was a little slow, but it was clear the staff was working hard to accommodate everyone. I liked this hotel and hope to stay here again!"

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean , and wasn’t lacking any amenities. The service was wonderful! All the staff were always so extra accommodating. Since it’s a smaller hotel , they actually have the time for you. Curionzia at the front desk was kind , as well as all others that I can’t remember the names for. Also , this hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the beach! I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again."

"The 2 star room is due to the bed, you need to have quality beds. People visit to relax in comfort not sleep on very hard mattresses. The holiday inns always have the best mattress's and i have rarely found anything close to as good. Its crucial for people like me with a hip issue to not sleep in discomfort. Parking is down the road at the beach parking 4 blocks north for only 20$ day. The manager and hotel staff were great!, the pool area is fun and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are very quiet! The coffee maker was great."
