"We booked four rooms, The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff (Juda & Rosie ) was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Miami and south Miami beach. There was issue with AC in one of the room but it was hotels fault not staff, but anywhich way since they have 2 queen bed in all room so it was all good."
"Better than what I expected honestly. The room was very clean and I am usually a clean freak and judge every place I stay in. I made a request to ensure that the room be clean and they did! Juda was really friendly and helpful although he worked for another company within this establishment but he did go out of his way to help when needed. I am really happy I chose this place my one negative thing was the noise coming from the street and the person above, so maybe try to be on the 3rd floor? Insulation is a bit poor overall otherwise all good! They also have FREE luggage storage after you checkout which was really nice! And the water pressure in the shower was amazing!"
"The property is old, three stories without elevator. A bit noisy. However, for its cost is well worth it. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Rooms are big enough and really nice."
"Loved the location of this space! Walk right out of our room to the downtown South Beach area where there was lots of shopping and dining to walk to as well as being a few minute walk to the beach. Laura was at the front desk most of our stay and she was so sweet and helpful. The decor and updates on this property are beautiful."
"The experience overall is mixed. Check in is easy and the place is not hard for a taxi to find. Having said that the rooms a decent size but are not clean. We had hairs on the pillows which 100% aren’t ours. Feels grungy ..Mold in the bathroom which definitely has a smell. This was cheaper (tho not cheap) than others and it shows. I wouldn’t want to spend more than a night here to be honest. And thank goodness we are not"
