"I stayed at the President Villa for three nights. The room was quite small but I knew that when I booked, and it was perfect for a solo traveler. Furnishings are simple and have a little wear and tear but everything was very clean, including the bathroom. Every staff member I came in contact with was lovely, and the included breakfast buffet was convenient for a quick bite before heading out. The hotel is right on Collins so it's really convenient if you're planning to walk places, That said, there is a lot of traffic/people noise at pretty much all hours, so if you're after a quiet, secluded getaway or have troubles sleeping with background noise this might not be the place. I had a great stay though, and the distance to the beach is unbeatable."

"Our room was clean but nothing like the photos. We only stayed one night but it did the job. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever been to but it’s not the greatest either. I likely won’t return. However, it is not a bad stay for the price. You do also get a complimentary drink at check in."

"I typically do not leave reviews for vacation destination hotels. I am making an exception for the President Villa Miami. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by Henry, who was as kind and efficient. We had booked the penthouse suite which was not yet cleaned. Henry took care of our luggage and gave us a few beach towels. We walked one block to the famous South Miami Beach and enjoyed an afternoon of sun. We returned to find the room exceptional in cleanliness, large modern bathroom, comfortable king bed, with a huge television and fantastic outdoor patio overlooking Collins Avenue. We even saw a rainbow looking West. The location is right in the heart of SB and I highly recommend it. In the morning, I witnessed cleaning staff professionally dressed, attending to cleaning the glass doors, elevators and all common spaces. Value for dollar spent is excellent. I strongly recommend for a local non-resort hotel."

"Great value on Miami Beach! How can you go wrong with welcome drinks and free breakfast? The value proposition is huge at this property. Decent rooftop pool with views of Miami Beach. Staff was pleasant and I was upgraded to penthouse room upon check-in (based on their availability). I will return for a night, but am not sure if it’s comfortable for longer than a night or two."
