"I usually stay at chain hotels but figured I would try out a non chain kind of one off place. I was skeptical but I enjoyed it. The front desk people were kind and helpful and the room was huge probably double the size of a normal hotel room and it had a huge TV which was a plus. It also had a full fridge and sink unlike a hotel room. The location is good too near Ocean drive and like a 5 minute walk from the beach. Would definitely stay again!"

"Perhaps the worst place I’ve been at while traveling. Their entire website and the pictures they show is a fabrication of deceit. They show you these great amenities only to give you what looked like they were bought at a garage sale. When we got there my wife had to wait 25 min. For someone to show up at the front desk. Their website stated that they had parking, well when we went to check in my wife was told that they don’t have parking and that they were having a hard time getting that they have parking off their website. We were told by the person working the front desk we could go find parking then come back? We then went to our room and it HAD NOTHING AT ALL in common with the pictures that they used on their website. The room was not clean. The pubic hair on the toilet and the hair on the floor next to the toilet let us know how clean the room was. There were holes in the tile from when they removed a shelf so instead of replacing the tile they just plugged the holes with putty and moved on. Nothing in the kitchenette was anything close to what they advertised online. The full size fridge in their online pictures was now a dorm room refrigerator that need more than a little cleaning. They had replaced the flooring but where the old floor forced air vent was they just covered it with a board and painted it. NOTHING THEY ADVERTISED online was like the actual room we were given. My wife and I left and went back to our car to call our credit card company to refuse payment to this place for their deception. It took them over and hour to get a manager on the phone and the manager refused to refund us for this claptrap of a room. The manager said since we checked in they would not refund us. And we couldn’t see the room until we checked in. AVOID THE PLACE. There are much better places to stay and they are running a con game with their bait and switch website."

"Great location. Wish there was better parking near by. The garage across the street was filled. Perfect distance from the beach. Loved that we could walk around the area."

"William was great. I appreciated his friendliness the entire time, his willingness to go above and beyond, and how accommodating he was. I had a small issue with the toilet. It was fixed right away. The room was clean. It was spotless. I slept well; both nights there was limited noise, which is unheard of for that location, and I felt safe, especially having a security gate with a code. The location was perfect. It is an apartment suite with a motel vibe; don't expect a resort pool or a fancy continental breakfast, but the location makes up for that. Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants for different tastes and a cute French bakery next door with great pastries and coffees and teas. The beach is literally across the street, and a lot of shopping and popular retail stores are less than seven minutes away. Please do not hesitate to stay. Thank you all for a great stay. I'll be back for sure."
