SBV Luxury Ocean Hotel Suites

"It's not worth the price. Rooms are decent enough but not for what we paid. We got a room with a roof top hot tub. Guess what, no bubbles. The jets are there, and they try to come on, but they don't work. They told me they disabled them and now call it a Roman spa. It shouldn't be advertised as having a hot tub in that case. It's just a bath at this point. Lol. Place looks like it might have been nice back in its hey đay. However, for 1200 dollars for 3 nights, I could have gone somewhere much nicer. Save your money. Haven't figure out how to add pictures on here otherwise you would see that hot tub areas are really badly unkept. The give you a bath tub plug so that you can fill it. The plug was falling apart. There are stains everywhere. Cracked tile. Even the downstairs swimming pool is rusty in areas and wasnt even filled to the correct amount. If you stay in your room the whole time you will be OK. The inside of the room ain't bad. Nothing luxurious about them but they are decent. So if you stay here I suggest you get a regular room and don't bother with a hot tub room. Not worth the extra money."

"Nice spacious apartment in an excellent location. The room was clean, we found all furniture in perfect condition, bedsheets and pillows fresh and the mattress very comfy. Upon entry a faint smell of cigarette smoke was present, however it became a non-issue after opening the balcony door and letting some fresh air in. Overall a good experience, recommended to anyone staying in South Beach."

"Our stay was amazing. We had the penthouse. The room was very spacious and clean.They check up on us every day to make sure all of our needs were met. If we had any questions or needed help with anything it was answer in timely manner. Would definitely book again."

"Not a real hotel. What you get is a private suite in another hotel. Be ready to pay an arm and a leg for a falsely advertised room. We paid for an ocean view and overlooked a bunch of trees for 3 days. The hotel is disgusting overall. From when you walk in the elevator to the hallways, the room, bedding, towels, everything smells of smoke. Towels were stained and ratty. It took 24 hours to get extra bedding and towels. Extremely poor service for paying $300-400 a night. We got charged a $250 fee when we left and when I called they said it was because we smoked in the room. We do not even smoke. Anybody in the hotel could smell this, it’s embedded in the rooms. Save yourself!!!!"

"It is central to everything, which I liked because I could walk to everything I needed half of the time instead of using an Uber. If you are visiting South Beach and want to get a feel for the Art Deco sights and sounds, this is where you want to stay. The rooms are luxurious and clean, and located right in the heart of South Beach. You can people watch from your balcony or step out and join the crowds to catch their lively energy."
