"Extremely disgusting horrible customer service and they take things from peoples room do book with them!!!!!!! Not to mention everything is basically broken mildew and mold infestation plus the roaches and bed bugs the room and linens were disgusting it smelled like cigarettes. Do you research before booking anywhere!!!!!! They are overly priced"

"*Beware of this Hotel* 5 night stay Location was good. We got catfish. Pictures on the website are not the same as what the hotel looks like in person. From day one we started having issues. We killed one or two roaches every day. Key card had to get reactivated every day. Front desk was not 24hr. They do not have breakfast even though it says "Breakfast Included" We had a bad storm one night and the ceiling started leaking from the ceiling light. They put us in another room to sleep for the night but never bother to check the room to see if any damages. Didn't even bother to ask if everything was OK. Overall, they suck and need to be shut down or fined. Do not do what I did and ignore the negative comments because I did. I don't like leaving any negative comments but this place is not what it looks like."

"This was by far one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. I don’t even know where to start. It is just a shame why there is no monetary system to catch scammers, such as this hotel. I paid To stay in a place with the mildew, smell, dirty, broken walls, broken sink, broken shower, and so forth and so on. I thought I was taken advantage of and the money I gave for my stay was money that I have lost. I am putting this review for the ones that I want to book to stay in this hotel because I don’t want to be a victim like me don’t be fool By their price and their pictures or else you will experience the same experience I had. Anyways, I had the worst experience and got my lessons out of this, while I am going to a clinic to be treated for the bedbugs."

"The room was super cute and clean. The building was so beautiful. Everyone was friendly. They only gave us one towel which was odd , since they knew the room was for 2 people. We did see 2 bug, but we were in south FL so it was no big deal. I only wish it was disclosed clearer that they didnt validate parking, which I paid 100.00 extra for . It was hard to find since theres a mexican restant in front of where the address is ."

"Upon arrival hotel was not clean as it could has been. The room was very difficult to breathe in. I woke up to roaches all over my food. The owner called me a liar. I had to walk the manager to room just to prove I’m not a liar. After they seen roaches they gave me 30% off room"
