"I love the hotel. Second stay for us. Fantastic proximity to all the fun. You need to boost the hot water. Otherwise all great."
"First night a large rodent was in the wall above the bed and chewing and scratching. A video was sent to your staff. They did offer another room at your sister hotel but it was already late in the evening. First issue I’ve had at this hotel in all years I’ve stayed there. Second night. No noice."
"The rooms were very clean and nice. When booked, I did not know that it was more of an AirBNB than a hotel. There are no people on site. You are given the room code. Staff is available by text. They were always responsive. The downside on this visit is that the heat did not work. It was a cold night in Miami, and the room was 66-68 degrees. No extra blankets available. I would probably stay there again if it is not in the winter."
"This place is perfect. Very nice inside. Smelled amazing upon entering the room. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely come back. Location is just amazing. Walked right to the beach."
"We loved our king room! With one exception: it was lit by two very bright LED ceiling lights on the same switches near the door. It was a bit like staying in a medical lab with them on. The only other lighting was two small bed lamps that didn’t give off enough light to eat or read by. Also the night stands were too small to set even a bottle of water."
