"I stayed here for a week a few years ago and it's super nice. The staff and service was excellent. The pool area is awesome with a jacuzzi and showers on the lower level and a locked gate to the beach. I forget what floor I was on but I had the main view of the ocean. The sofa was little uncomfortable would be my only complaint. It says hotel but I think the unit I stayed in was a private owner. Maybe that's changed. Overall, highly recommended and pay a little extra for that view. It's amazing."

"Poor customer service ! Unfortunately front desk workers was unprofessional and rude !unit was very dirty and found lots of trash under the bed and bathroom was not clean !sheets and towels was dirty !no pillow protectors on pillows floors was sticky !all patio furnitures was broken !housekeeping staff started knocking door around 7:30am and asked when we leave because they want to clean units and it’s was uncomfortable! 3 time’s housekeepers try to open door and check we left or not ! Bad experience !never comeback !really not recommend this hotel to visit !"

"Beautiful Location is key at this hotel. Not much in terms of service, more of a very convenient luxury self-serve experience. There is no bar or food inside, but there is plenty down the strip. 2 Fantastic warm pools, one by the back of the hotel towards the beach, one on the 5th floor facing the ocean. It's truly beautiful when you're in the jacuzzi. The bathroom had broken toilet paper holder, not a big deal. Suite style rooms were very convenient for cooking. The partial ocean view was amazing in the morning and night. Great for families. We will most likely be back next year for New years. Plan ahead as the front desk assistant does not know the area at night and have little knowledge of any activities to plan your evening. No concierge at all. Some front desk assistants can be a little on the rude side when asking for help on locating things around the hotel area. Overall, it was a great experience. A bar and some minor updates could really elevate the experience into something special."

"Very nice, stylish luxury hotel!! We were wowed with the floor to ceiling windows, open floor plan, and high-end furnishings within the room and on the premise. We would have expected to pay at least a $100 more a night than what we paid! Loved it!!"
