"WORST STAY EVER! Came here for my honeymoon from New York Well im still in middle I checked in today came up the room bath tub was so dirty. toilet not flushing. The room stinks. My wife is coughing her lungs out since we were here Sperm stains on the bed No pool although I filtered that I’m looking for a pool I took the most expensive room with big patio ocean view such a waste paid 1100$ for 4 nights Trying to ask for a refund and book a different hotel and there’s no one to talk to Rude customer service."

"Worst stay ever. I honestly can't wait to go back to Ohio. I'm in wheelchair and nothing Is handicapped accessible. Went to the restaurant and couldn't get down the steps. Asked what to do and the owner just shook his head. To get outside have to go all the way down in the basement. The valet lost my car. The people at the security desk are rude and mostly don't speak English. The room I booked is not what I got. Has roches. Everyone is rude if you don't speak Spanish. I've had enough."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Absolutely awful, disgusting, and rude. The pool was advertised and there was no pool. The room had huge stains everywhere on the floors, couch, and even the beds. When we tried to get a new room because it was horrible they were very rude and not helpful at all. There was only one pot as well when it was advertised to be stocked with pots and pans. Elevators weren’t working to go down and when they were working in the lobby there was only one working. No one spoke english. Truthfully don’t even understand how they’re still in business."

"Worst apartments we have stayed at. Outdated and old. Fixtures and fittings are not up too standard and the online photos are fake and not real. The whole resort is old and needs major overdo. This is false advertising, and people are stuck once they've paid for the apartment. Never will come back here again, cannot believe how i managed to stay here with my family for a couple of days. Worst stay ever!"

"Those pictures are old, the pool doesn’t exist anymore, so the picture it’s should be removed or at least let the guest know, something good, the view from my room, the room was clean, the front desk girl nice, the valet parking team nice as well. Average my only complaint is that they offer some that they don’t have."
