"I highly recommend this hotel. Location is amazing. Pool and the area next to pool is great. Ocean is 2 min away. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Front desk staff is polite and helpful. Very good impression of the hotel. Thanks ."

"Family friendly hotel with easy access to the beach with beautiful views. The hotel lobby is very spacious and clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The elevators are also fast and efficient. The rooms are okay, and the beds are comfy but the water pressure for the shower could be stronger. A few things that could of been better is a cleaner pool, it is very old and dirty. Wifi kept cutting out and we had to keep reconnecting multiple times. Also having a room service option would be nice as well. Overall, our experience was okay, the prices are good for what you get."

"Horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. I contacted the hotel when I arrived at the airport because I mistakenly left several hundreds dollars in the room safe. This was less than an hour after I checked out. Now I realize....this was MY MISTAKE- however I would expect that a reputable hotel would immediately contact housekeeping/security and secure the money. I contacted the hotel a total of 3 times. No one ever returned my call even though I left my name, contact, and phone number and asked that a manager contact me. My daughter was also a witness to the fact I left this money. I would have happily given a reward to the staff member who returned it to me but instead it was obviously kept by a dishonest person. If you are wondering if there are any good people left in the world they certainly don't work at the Radisson Resort Miami Beach. Oh, and the room walls are paper thin. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want your valuables kept safe. Response to management: Funny how NO ONE from management ever called me back-I had to call three times leaving my contact information each time until finally the front desk person said- yeah we didn't find anything. Your "policy" is a joke. There was money in the safe an my daughter was a witness to it. When I called less than an hour after departing a manager should have immediately checked the safe and they did not. They didn't even respond to my call."

"I stayed in resort during new year 2024. We took ocean view room. Room was expensive $550 per night and I will give it 3.5 star. Bathroom has no exhaust fan and it was very small. parking was $45 per night. Outside pool has good warm water. No changing room outside. You have to go to your room after pool. No laundry inside hotel that was frustrating. Ocean View was great though."

"I changed my opinion about the hotel for the better. It's not bad. People try and work on mistakes. This is very commendable. I deleted my old review and added this one. The room is clean, some rooms have a good refrigerator and microwave. True, some have an old TV. But the hotel is not for watching TV. It would be nice to add a few weight machines and a pull-up bar to the gym; it’s still important to look after your health wherever you are."
