"This is my first time visiting Miami, I came to this hotel. I must say it's amazing. The front desk receptionist ANDRES is outstanding!!. He thoroughly assist me getting my room and answering all questions. Great staff. I will definitely be visiting here again with my family. Hopefully, I get Andres to assist me again."

"I stayed here with a friend in January 2024. It was a great location close to everything beach, restaurants but also quiet. The back patio was a little gem to sit out at night, rooms were clean. Andre’s the night manager was so hospitable, and knowledgeable. He was always there to greet us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. It’s been awhile since experiencing that degree of excellence in customer service. I will definitely be back!"
"We recently stayed here on our vacation. The staff is amazing. Danny the manager was terrific as well as all the other staff. They really make you feel at home and take care of their guests. The hotel is just a block from the beach and has great restaurants and night life all within walking distance. We stayed in a suite which was perfect as we had our 2 kids with us. It had plenty of room for us and the kids. Definitely recommend Kayak if you staying in Miami Beach!"
"Stayed over new year and was really impressed by the hotel! I was a little hesitant after reading some negative reviews but we only had a great time. Rooms really well sized and lovely bathrooms with Le Labo toiletries. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Great location close to the beach and perfect for exploring south beach. The rooftop was nice to sit on in the morning too with a small pool and towels."
