"Great apartments! I lived alone for a week and I liked almost everything. The hotel staff responded very quickly to messages; due to a faulty gas stove, I was promptly moved to the second floor in The Suite with a sofa, I liked it there much more than on the 1st floor! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking (except for the frying pan lid). There is a dressing area. The bathroom is very clean, as is the whole apartment. The beach is 3 minutes walk, there are many cafes. A full-fledged grocery store is a 25-minute walk away. Of the minuses: very loud air conditioner, noise in the yard, neighbors can be heard well. For me, the mattress was very soft, you slept like in a hammock. Otherwise, thanks to the staff and the Pantera Rosa Hotel"

"High standard of cleanliness, very high for the area. All interior items in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are new or well maintained. Excellent Wi-Fi, Netflix and other apps visible from the big screen. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed and given the extra blankets we needed. Perfect location for Miami beach. The only point for improvement is that entry and exit times are not flexible and there is no luggage storage which however can be found less than 100 meters away. Fantastic for the area"

"This is an incredible place to stay. Amazing rooms, a lot of amenities and close to the beach and hot spots on South Beach. I stayed for three weeks and although they can make some minor improvements for longer stays, I would do it again. If you want you can cook all dishes in a great, fully stocked, kitchen. The bathroom is nice and clean and the bedroom is very comfy. I also worked there and they offer a great workplace. Their 27/4 online service is amazing, quick to respond and really did everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible could. A few days before my check-out I had some difficulties with the keypad on the door and because of that they gave me a complimentary late check-out. Which was very convenient, since I had a late flight and also very nice of them to do so. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I come back."
