"We had a great experience on our recent stay. The room was very clean, and check in was very easy. Location was good, as we were close to everything. We highly recommend staying here and are looking forward to returning soon."
"Booked through AirBnB, and they tried to scam us on the cleaning fee for the full trash bag and packagings in the kitchen - yet it was never mentioned throughout the whole booking. Thankfully this was voided by the dispute team, but this also deserves to be a heads up for those who are trying to book this place. In addition, non of the requests were satisfied, even though they would promise to do so. “Housekeeping is not at the place” is usually what happens when you just see them there and not giving you an extra towel or blanket they promised. The location is ok, yet the soundproofing is pretty bad - the apartment shakes when someone has a loud exhaust. Oh btw, they leave bad reviews on your profile if they didn’t milk the $$$ out of you."
"Whenever i go to Miami Beach, I always stay at Franklin. Great contactless service, amazing design of the rooms, location can’t get any better, and very clean! Will be hard for me to stay anywhere else when i come to Miami."
"Great location and accommodation! Can't beat the price. 1 Block from Ocean Dr and muscle beach. Mangos club down the street but you can't hear a thing inside your apartment. We will stay here again!"
"Hotel was nice! First time in Miami and stayed at the Franklin. Had a wonderful time there. Hotel was clear and quite. We went on an odd day so there wasn’t much going on. Towards the end of our stay is when the crowd started to pickup. The location is perfect. Very close to everything. From what I remember there should be some parking. You have to be careful in Miami before the parking authority loves to tow your car!"
