"Currently staying here & didn’t want to wait to write my review. This may be listed as a 2 star hotel BUT this place is GREAT!! The rooms are great size, super clean with comfy beds and plenty room amenities like a kitchenette, super cold a/c, almost sound proof privacy AND has been recently updated more than any other South Beach smaller hotel I’ve stayed in(which has been many on Collins). The staff are so nice, polite and accommodating showing they really care about guest. My daughter and I were walked to our room by the wonderful woman who works days at check-in, given several recommendations for things to do & places to eat. The evening gentleman Blass(hope I remembered correct) remembers our names & checked that we were enjoying our stay and if the room door lock(that is digital) was working ok for us after the battery died early in the day on a whole different employee shift. I’m so happy to give the staff and property a 5star review while kinda hoping others don’t find this gem so it will always be available on one of my many yearly visits lol Superior experience!!!"

"The location is super central to a lot of restaurants, clubs, and most importantly the beach. Everything is very accessible and walkable from the hotel. The entire staff is lovely and very welcoming. The rooms are quite spacious and have great amenities. The one downside is that the hours of operation are limited, so if you need something/help you need to ask within those hours. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay."

"I traveled to Miami for work and was very impressed with this room. Clean, comfortable, and the front desk lady (I think Susie) was incredibly kind. I felt super safe and secure, and traveling solo that is important. I would definitely come back, for business or with my family."
