"honestly would never stay here again. They gave us 3 towels for a week of stay no paper towels trash bags nothing and no way of washing dishes. The whole time we were having to deal with 15-2@ minute elevator waits bc only one worked. Never staying again"

"Worst hotel I have been to. Service is very rude and not helpful. There was no toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, or towels in the bathroom. We asked for towels many times and they never brought it to us. By the pool there are cabana beds and nobody uses them because they are an additional $350. Be careful for the pool bar because one shot costs $18 and the bartender does not inform you of the price. Our TV remote was missing a battery and the check in desk was not willing to give us one, the TV was literally 20 cm. and if you want to watch TV bring a TV from home. The parking people that help you park you car are very rude, and they treat you very bad. They has 7 parking spots and they were blocked by cones. We asked for a outdoor parking because we came with 6 people and had a tall car, the person on the phone told us we can get a outdoor parking but we didn't. The underground garage is very low and you could scratch your car roof if you drive to fast. They changed the tennis courts to pickleball courts, but the courts are done but there is lock and they refused to open it for us to play. There are only two elevators and they work very slowly.The only good thing is because the location is very good."

"Very terrible. I booking big apartment with 2 bedrooms for 6 people. I I read the rules. Nobody said I would only have 2 seats on the beach. For 6 people only 2 seats. If I want seats for kids I have to pay extra money. Also when we checkin I say in our apartment we have just 4 towels but us 6 people. Every day I visit desk every day I say we need extra towels and blanket but not have this. 4 day 6 people use 4 towels and 3 blanket. Very bad."

"The only good thing about this place was the location and proximity to the beach. The service was awful and everyone that worked there was extremely rude. You are only allowed to have one beach towel a day and if you try to bring the towel back to your room, security will stop you and make you put it back. They charge you for every little thing. Even though the room was for 4 people, you can only have 2 beach chairs and you have to pay for any extra chairs. Parking is 40$ a night, while places down the road only charge 10$ a night. The restaurants in the facility have very limited hours. Laundry costs over $4 for just one load. The fitness room’s hours are not as advertised and they only have a few hours in the morning and a few in the evening available. It’s also small and most of the equipment does not work. Don’t bother trying to check in early, they will tell you that your room is not ready until exactly 4:00. Security was seen arguing with each other and with guests on multiple occasions. The WiFi is very spotty and you can’t use it on more than 4 devices. The floor in the bathroom gets soaked when taking a shower because the shower curtain is not long enough. We were also told that check out was at 11am but got a knock on the door at 10am saying we needed to check out. The staff does not have any communication with eachother so they are not on the same page about anything."

"This place is great for a longer stay. The room was very clean and is a good size. Cannot beat the location right on Collins and the view was outstanding. There is a outdoor pool and beach access which is put of this world. People at the front desk didn't seem very knowledgeable or helpful so could use work on that but all in all the place was a nice place to stay at for 5 days and I would go back again."
