Reviews
"It was the worst hotel I have seen so far. The resort fee was very expensive, although the rooms were not cleaned and we didn't even get towels. We don't even need to talk about the breakfast. There was only bread and nothing else. Very meager! We were promised that we would get our resort fee back for the bad service, but even that was a lie..."
"The breakfast inclusive is DECEIVING! How can they call that a breakfast???!! Bread, bad coffee and boiled eggs and that’s it !!!! They should not advertise that as breakfast inclusive as it is deceiving. In the end you have to go to another place to have a descent breakfast!!!!! Don’t be fooled as I was. Toma are clean and good size ."
"I beg you please DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My family and I consisting of two adults and two teenage kids, stayed here for one night. The first thing come to after a long 36 hours of traveling, was an impatient front desk worker who was constantly on her phone making personal calls. The lady was not doing her job correctly or to the best of her abilities. My family and I had to wait for 5 hours for check in because it started at 4pm. Once we eventually got to the room, we walked in and saw two double beds when we asked for queens and the shower was in the living area. The shower was glass and had a fabric curtain across the front, there is a window that isn't even frosted, that is staring right into the shower. The room was dirty with hair on the the floor and grime in the sink to where my mother could right her initials in it. There was a couple on our floor that were throwing beer and screaming at each other and slamming doors, we called down to the front desk twice and finally they kicked them out. The free "breakfast" that they offered consisted of overcooked hardboiled eggs and coffee that didn't have any cream. The overall service is terrible, the hotel could be great if they worked harder at their jobs and cared at all. All in all don't stay her please."
"First off, as soon as we entered the office to check in we had to wait 10 minutes for the receptionist to get done with her personal call. Then she helped us out by holding our bags in a separate room because we ere early This was nice of her. Once we get to our rooms, we realized we didn't have any towels so we called down and asked for towels. We were given 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and 2 big towels for 2 people to share and were told that's all they had???? Huh?? OK so we make the best of it. Then, once we tried to goto sleep around 11:30, there were 2 separate occasions where people were arguing, throwing beer cans and bottles and screaming at the top of their lungs. We reserved 3 separate rooms and everyone heard this disruption. We called to complain, but nobody came up to resolve the situation. One of our rooms didn't even have a phone in it! The next morning, we go down stairs for the advertised "Breakfast" and there is a coffee pot, a toaster and a few slices of bread. That's it!! The Hotel is very nice and pretty, but it seems as if the employees and/or owners could care less about you. It really could be a very nice Hotel if changes were made."
"If I could leave a negative rating, I would. DON'T STAY HERE!! We rented a deluxe double room, although we had requested two queens, they did not inform us that there were no queens in the hotel. They only told us that when we complained. The pictures online do not adequately portray the actual rooms. The woman at the front desk was not welcoming at all and was very rude when I questioned the lack of "continental breakfast". The lobby and breakfast area were dark (seriously, like they were trying to discourage people being there by keeping it all dark) and they didn't even have cream for the coffee (which was awful, by the way). They even have a commercial kitchen that they don't utilize at all. They had only one kind of bread, a two slice toaster, and butter. No jam, peanut butter, etc. They had empty cereal dispensers, empty waffle dispenser, unplugged waffle makers, no fruit, and hard boiled eggs that were so overcooked they were like powder. The room was not clean, we didn't have towels and the pillows didn't all have cases on them. The sink had a layer of grime in it that I could draw my initials in. There was just so much that was lacking, I won't write it all. I'm reading reviews from months ago that point out the very same issues that we experienced and the replies from management that they will increase service to better serve.....but they clearly have not! They clearly don't care to. Att Simon, I'm talking to you! It is such a shame! This could be such a little gem of a hotel if run properly, and they could even charge more than they do if they brought the level of attention to detail and ACTUAL service up. Put that commercial kitchen into use and put on a good little spread for breakfast, or even turn it into a little exclusive boutique Cafe with room service. We had a crazy screaming fighting couple across the hall that screamed and slammed doors all night, threw beer in the hall and kept us all awake all night after a 36 hour traveling schedule. We tried to call the front desk but there was no answer (I'm not sure they had anyone on staff through the night, probably to save money??). We finally got hold of someone at 7am, who came up and kicked the lady out but not the man. She kept coming back in the hotel and yelling at his door until we checked out!!! What is wrong with the hotel people that they allow this behavior to continue and make all of the guests suffer? Also of note is the fact that there are tile floors throughout the entire building, so there are no soft surfaces to absorb sound at all. We could literally hear everything that was said in the next room. We commiserated with other guests at the 'bread and black coffee station' who were also kept up all night and they didn't even stay on the same floor! NEVER WILL I EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!"
