Villatel Orlando Resort

"Everything about staying here was amazing! The house and rooms were absolutely clean and so perfect! The service was great, they called and texted almost everyday we were there to make sure we had everything we needed and were doing good. All around I would give this Villa a 15 out of 10 stars if I could. Absolutely awesome and I will recommend to anyone."

"Completely unacceptable responses from management after someone entered our home without knocking and only left when he saw my mother standing in the room with the baby. He did not identify himself at all, just waved and backed out. This is completely unacceptable. Management claimed that he was working next door and mistook this house for that one. I find this to be untrue as the other home is 20yards away and was occupied. Management basically told me to get over it! The house is fine if you like vacationing in a planned development community that is still under construction where every home looks the same. The noise starts at 6am during the week. The faux finishes are cheaply constructed. The tile is so slick that everyone slipped and fell after coming in from the pool. One of the shower curtains was not even attached and fell the second we opened it. There is visible light coming through under the window in the stairwell. And there is painters tape still on the walls suggesting that the final punch list for the home was not complete. This place has an interesting concept but with the lack of care and concern for the safety of my family will make me think twice before returning"

"Our family had a great time staying at Villatel. The house was wonderful, with plenty of room for our family of 5. The kids swam every day. All of us found the beds to be very comfortable and the location was great. Would definitely recommend!"

"I'm so glad I found this place. It's very new and some amenities aren't open yet but we really didn't need them. The house was very well furnished and the private pool was great! The location is excellent, especially if you're mostly doing the theme parks. We purchased Lynx Bus passes for the week. It only cost us $16 per adult and $8 per kid. We took the bus everywhere and the stops from the Villatel location were very close. We would definitely go here again if we visit Orlando in the future."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay so much that we wanted to extend! Unfortunately, all of their beautiful homes were booked solid, but Villatel will definitely be our primary place to stay in the near future. They were beyond amazing and very responsive to all of my messages!! I recommend this house 1000%, it definitely exceeded our expectations! We had the best Christmas and birthday celebration with a wonderful view! Most of all, we felt safe. We can’t wait to come back!"
