"We went here 10 years ago and it was perfect in every way. What made it perfect was not only the beautiful rooms but a fabulous restaurant attached to the pool. It was literally a one stop shop. After returning 10 years later, the rooms were still beautiful, clean, spacious and views breathtaking. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. They served everything in take-out containers and the food was not great. Thankfully they had a little market off to the side which became our makeshift restaurant for the week we stayed. We will not be back."

"We had a great time as this was our first time staying at Parc Soleil! Usually we stay at Tuscany Village but we decided to change it up a bit this time. We arrived after a long night of flight delays and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and quick with getting us to our room. She also gave us the option of a fireworks view or a pool view from our room. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The pool area is amazing. Plenty of hot tubs and 2 big pools. The reflection pool always seemed way warmer than the bigger main pool, which was nice on a cold day but not sure why the temperature was such a difference! My only thing that I wish they would improve is the small rooms the air conditioning unit is so loud. You can’t sleep hardly at all with it on, so a quick resolution is obviously to just shut it off for the night which isn’t ideal but it did the trick. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation destination. We will be back!"

"I stayed there for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. No place is going to be perfect but this is about as close as you can get. The room was nice and cleaner than most places I have stayed. The only thing that wasn’t clean was the table on the balcony, it looked like it had dried up sticky stuff on it. It was nice having a few hot tubs to choose from as they seem to vary in temperature and jet power. The pool is big and clean. The only thing I didn’t enjoy about the pool area (which isn’t the hotels fault) was the other guests there who didn’t watch their children. Kids getting in the hot tub with their parents nowhere to be seen, one kid was sucking up water and spitting it out repeatedly and others were just getting too close to me and bumping into me, which is why it was nice to have so many hot tubs, if there was an annoying kid in one you could just move to another one. There is no lifeguard on duty enforcing the no roughhousing or running rules so if the parents don’t watch their kids you just kinda have to deal with it. Me and my son ate dinner a couple times at the pool restaurant, we really enjoyed it. I don’t understand the people on here complaining when it’s around a $15-$20 meal it’s actually pretty good and they give a decent portion. If you want food that tastes like a $50 meal then go buy a $50 meal somewhere else. Everyone I interacted with in the restaurant was really nice. Definitely a fun time for me and my son and the getaway we needed."

"Great experience here. Was upgraded to a balcony suite simply by asking at check in. Front desk staff welcomed us warmly. Property is beautiful. We did a timeshare presentation and experienced no problems, no pressure to purchase, and were out within 2 hours. I received all perks promised to me by doing this. Location is perfect to attractions and many restaurants. I would definitely come back here."
