"This hotel exceeded my expectations. Right in the heart of the city and walking distance to many locations. I went to Miami on my own for a seminar and thought I will keep my spending down as this hotel was less expensive than the others right across the street. Also what caught my eye on it was that its an art deco style structure which was very cool. The entire place is very clean and each day when i came back my room was taken care of. Don't let the 2 star motel fool you. This place is very good. I will come back here and stay when In South Beach Miami."
"The rooms were dated. You had to step down into the bathroom a couple inches. We were right next door to a restaurant that was loud. Rooms were kept clean and close to the ocean. Only 2 bikes to borrow from hotel and they were not available when we wanted to use them. Citi bike nearby was inexpensive. Near beach and a couple block from watching sunset over miami."
"Great hotel for the price! I was scared to death to stay here after reading the reviews after I booked my stay but honestly it was not bad. The room is small but cozy, very quiet location which is nice because I've stayed closer to the strip and its very loud so this hotel is great for the location and price. Loved that they give beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for free. Great customer service and our room was cleaned every morning."
"Lovely location. The hotel is small but we liked our room. It’s clean and quiet. We stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed our time and liked the staff. It is clean. Beds are comfy. There is no elevator but it’s only 1 flight to the 2nd story. Ac works great. Would stay here again."
"It's good value for the price. Good location and staff is friendly. I was scared to book it because of the reviews, but it turned out just fine. Employee let us check in early, which helped us a lot. Bad thing is there was mold in the bathroom and bed is uncomfortable, rooms are not very sound proof."
