"Lots of cats available for adoption. Couldn't really see the dogs through the door, didn'tseem to have many. Rooms appeared clean. Cats roamed freely, dogs were penned. Main area seems cluttered and paper signs everywhere were confusing. Each desk was staffed to handle various tasks. Not especially welcoming."
