"Bought a tool box for my son for Christmas on Black Friday. We were trying to hide it from him so we did curbside pickup and put it in my husband’s truck quickly. Once we got home 3 hours away we realized it had to have been used. It’s scratched on the inside and has no key. We called the store and the manager sounded like she couldn’t care less. Just said take it to another tractor supply! Not her problem anymore I guess."
"We first started going to tractor supply when my daughter started raising a goat for FFA. Unlike other places nearby, the tractor supply staff were very helpful with helping us novices get what we needed for the goat. Since then we've been back dozens of times and have always been treated kindly. It's one of our favorite places to shop."

"The store is usually pretty well stocked and recovered. You can find a red vest pretty easy, don't expect them to run over to see of you need help. Usually the 4 premium parking spots are occupied by a family selling vegetables and such. So expect to have to push your cart further, and tote your propane bottle further. Nit opposed to people making a living. Just management should be concerned for the shopping experience of their paying customers first. Move vendors out to the nose bleed section away from the doors."
