"I received a Christmas gift and was given the receipt to return it if I wanted to purchase something else. This store made the return and put the money back on the purchasers credit card. Even though I had the receipt and I told them this was a gift. I ended up with nothing!!!!!! It's not like you can go back to the person and ask if they will buy you something else."

"bad customer service attitude, cashier kelly needs to learn more about how to work. I recommend that if you don't like going to work, you can stay home. There is a long line of customers with 3 or 4 employees but only 1 person. cashier, even though we arrived on the first Monday of the week"

"I always enjoy Ross and what they offer. But this location the only thing disappointing is their leadership. There's this white, tall lady with curly hair that even though she's vocal with her employees didn't show support for the staff like a manager should. It was like 30 mins before closing time and there was a big line and she only had one girl cashiering and the manager didn't jump on a register to support her. That's what I call lack of leadership as a manager. Poor girl even though we know she's there to do her job they should feel supported by their manager. Disappointing."

"The store has improved as far as cleanliness and plenty of product but the staff still needs improvement as far as customer service. Usually only have 1 pleasant employee and the rest are not so much. Good prices mostly. Prefer Marshalls and Burlington over this store for sure. Would still recommend to others though."
