"Upon arrival one of the employees was right out front by the front door sitting on their bench smoking away sorry unacceptable then when I asked for help at the desk there was two gentlemen one was quite older headed back to me wouldn't turn around to ask I thought that was disrespectful he needs to be in a nursing home they did not have what I needed I understand that part but being disrespectful and smoking out front at the front door as an employee unacceptable"
