"Young guy didn't have the guts to tell me himself. I've been shopping at Goodwill for 50 years but not anymore..Too high priced now anyway. Go to Salvation army.Tried to return a brand new Brentwood electric burner that they sell for $ 15. It won't boil water. Keeps kicking off when it gets hot. Young man said he would return it but changed his mind and had a rude woman who was his boss tell me they can't return anything after 24 hours."
"Recently encountered a situation in this Goodwill in Sebring with a young lady working as a cashier she must be in her early 20's. Her attitude was very annoying regarding the donation of my change. Told her kindly no I don't want to donate my change. She was like insulted and her personality went the opposite way being very rude. She put the extra change on the counter and receipt and walk away from her post. Next time I went to Goodwill she notice me standing on line. After taking care of the person in front of me she abandoned her post and went to the side of the store still looking at me so see if the other gentlemen cashier had service me when I had to change lines. Immediately she came back to service other clients behind me. Sad that Goodwill has her there doing what ever she wants and disrespecting clients that been visiting Goodwill before she was born. No class what so ever and can only imagine the low education she must have the same that she portrays."
