"Marcus - the current tech guy at the Sebring FL store - was fantastic. Not only did he have incredible expertise for my problem, but he was also quite friendly and really patient."
"Never again! Our company has used this Office Depot for years to print our black and white scripts with three holes punched for our plays. We have always received good service at a reasonable price. We went in there the other day and were told that they were understaffed and couldn't do it. Then, half way through the conversation the manager told us he didn't want to lose our business and said he could do it. When we arrived to pick up the finished scripts, he told us he was adding 25% because it was a rush job. The total price for 40 scripts was $475.20! That was a total of 2640 pages. He charged us .18 per page! I contacted corporate and they said that they can't control the individual stores. They did admit that it was "totally not acceptable" and that they would be contacting me within 24 hours. Well, here we are 4 days later and haven't heard anything from them. Not surprised. Beware of this store or prepare to spend a lot."
"We went in to have something faxed, the fax machine said it could not be faxed at this time so we asked the gentleman for help, he came over and overrode the system but then walked away immediately and didn’t even wait to see what the problem may have been. This time it came back with a busy signal but he was already helping another customer. He absolutely did not help at all."
"It's a very nice store to shop in, the staff is friendly and helpful and they carry the items I need."
"The last four times I had submitted a job online for the print shop. The order has been wrong or complicated. They were very simple orders, paper copies with a single cut and 30-up labels. . Making extra trips to the store is a 40 mile round-trip. Sadly. It is the only game in town."
