"Century Storage 9200 Hwy 27 S in Sebring, Fl is an excellent facility in appearance and convenience. Above and beyond that, after storing my HomeGoods for almost 2 years while our house was being built, I experienced wonderful customer service! Both Paul and Kimberly were outstanding in there job performance! On 3-4 different occasions they needed to contact me because of an expired credit card or a change in credit cards when mine was compromised. I was always addressed politely and patiently. Upon my need to try & sell pieces of furniture that I no longer needed they individually both worked with me effortlessly to keep changing my move out date. At one point Paul came up to my car after it turned dark as I was waiting for somebody to show up to buy a piece. He was just checking on me and wanted to know if I felt safe with the individual coming to pick up. Kimberly & Paul both have pleasant personalities and they both are doing an awesome job. I hope they are both commended for jobs well done!"

"I have used this facility multiple times it is a great place to store large RVs. They provide great security and they do frequent checks on the units daily that they have even saved me a battery. Super nice and accommodating staff that goes the extra mile. Such a great place."
