"I'm sad to give this a one-star as this place used to be fantastic! It was an escape for me from my very stressful life as I enjoyed browsing and trying new beers through the choose your own singles program. Very disapointing to hear this program ended "to preserve freshness," which is a rediculous reason as the beer still gets purchased one way or another. All about money, sad... guess I will have to make the hour drive now to Total Wine periodically more often..."
"Excellent liquor store for a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, due to its location and great prices, for this reason I give it 5 stars, however in terms of the attention of the people who work, I give them 1 star. I, as Store Manager, was more aware of customer service and even did a survey of each person who went shopping, to assess this situation, because honestly, the people who are going shopping do not receive the proper treatment and it is too bad , also with an arrogant attitude not appropriate. If I make a simple comparison, nothing to do with the Publix chain of stores, which are people so polite and well trained that they first greet you with a smile and ask if you need any help and stop doing their job to serve you and take you to the place where the merchandise, and in this store they only point you to where the product is and do not help you at all. I understand that they are franchise stores but the policy of that Corporation is not like that and it only happens in this store because I have bought in others and nothing compares with the attention. There is a very popular phrase that says "THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT" Down with arrogance and bad treatment. My recommendation is to take courses in customer service, good manners, advertising, etc."
"Great customer service always. Last night I discovered that ABC has a section of liquor made in Florida! Siesta Key rum is definitely my favorite rum. It just makes me want to try our other local distillers. Love their customer rewards program."
"We ended up buying all of our alcohol for our wedding here and they made it easy. They have a great liquor return policy for unopened bottles which was a really nice plus. Jason helped us in store and was fantastic. He was really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and had great recommendations."
