"I discontinued using the pharmacy because the LAST TWO TIMES I went to get a refill, they did not hear back from the doctor AND did not follow up with the doctor. They told me to follow up with the doctor. I expect a certain level of clinical attention and obtaining a YES or NO response from the doctor is all that I ask. The pharmacist says it is the doctor's job to follow up. The regional person called me and said they they don't have enough labor. I wrote to Winn Dixie's CEO and have not had a response. I moved all of the prescriptions to Walgreen's. Nuts to you Winn Dixie."

"One star due to Saifali Patel coming up with multiple reasons to avoid filling my prescription (which has been filled here before). Saifali Patel did not attempt to contact my provider and resolve any discrepancies professionally. Instead, I was indirectly told to come back when the other pharmacist (L. Lorenzo) was present because she was the pharmacist who filled it before. Please note: the other pharmacist (L. Lorenzo) is 5 STARS and has amazing energy and compassion for her patients."
