Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

"Been here 3x times for dinner and this is how each mac and cheese got sent out by my own server neverless. Other times were for breakfast which was good. Seems like they given up on the lunch and dinner."

"Cracker Barrel is usually my go to when I don’t know what else to eat. On one day not long ago, there was hair baked into my biscuit so I ended up throwing all the biscuits away. I decided to let that go and try this location again. Yesterday I ordered food for curbside. When I got there, I checked in and waited and waited and waited. The cars around me all got their food. I ended up calling the restaurant and was told by a young lady that they had a power outage and parts of my order did not go through. Why did they not rush out to my car or call me to let me know and fix the problem once I checked in? She finally brought my food (with no urgency) and told me to check it. The veggie soup was missing so she said she’d go get it. I waited and waited again and decided to just go inside and see what’s taking so long to grab a cup of soup. I asked for a manager and all the woman who assisted me said was that the order is coming. A few moments later the first young lady slowly walked up front and handed me the soup again with no urgency. Once I got home and started to eat the food, there were pieces of mac n cheese in my mashed potatoes (I did not order Mac n cheese). Good thing I don’t have a food allergy. It’s obvious they use the same utensil to plate the food. I can’t say that I’ll eat at this location again. There are a lot more options to choose from in clermont."

"This is only my 2nd time ever at this restaurant. We were actually at the Winter Garden location but they had a 45 minute wait and Clermont had no wait. We live in Clermont so headed back home and to this restaurant. The location wasn't that busy but could have been cleaner...table was sticky, stuff on the ground, etc. No biggie, I always carry wipes so we wiped down the table. The waitress Breeanna was very friendly. The food: my steak bites were salty, and the free order of loaded tots was stuck down to the flimsy printed wax paper they serve it on. The rest of the food was average. We took home food that was left over. Tried to dislodge the tots from the paper it was on to no avail. It was melded in with the cheese they put on it and it was peeling off and coming off in pieces. The blue ink from the paper was left behind on the cheese! Ended up throwing the whole thing out. When we went to pay, the cashier kept trying to pester us into buying some overpriced Lindt chocolate as there was a competition between the stores as to who sold the most and that they could win $3000. It was getting pretty annoying as she kept trying to push these chocolates on us. Unless they were sharing their winnings with me, umm no thanks. Not interested! The only really positive thing was the waitress."

"This place went above and beyond because they were we out of tea bags and we had come from another place that was also out of them. An employee volunteered to go and purchase some tea bags at a supermarket because another customer had also requested tea. The waitress also was amazing as she really cares about the customers including me and my hubby! That was exceptional service!!!!!!!"

"This was my first visit to a Cracker Barrel. My waitress was nice and pleasant. She kept tabs on me and my family. I had no problem giving her a tip. My pancakes were good, to my surprise. I'm not a pancake person; they were better than my Grandma used to make. I will go back to try dinner food. They were reasonably priced."
