"Not sure who you having towing a white BMW suv today on a flatbed truck, older white guy, but he was driving like an a**hole on six mile Cypress today. Swerving lanes, speeding, honked his horn several times then pulled up within literal inches of the car in front of him at the red light. Never been by your shop, and never will be with employees like this driving around. Not good for image that's for sure."

"Tried to get an oil change. Had an appointment at 8:00am and was told when I made the appointment it would be a couple of hours. Got there and was told it would be done in the afternoon. On top of that, the gentleman was rude. Poor service. Save yourself time and make the trip into Ft. Meyers."

"Made appointment for a simple tire repair. When I got there was told to leave the car for a day or two and they will get to it. By then I’ll be on an airplane going home. Nice vacation experience! Go some where else if you need service! Chevron just up the street was awesome!!!"

"Got stranded on Sanibel when our truck died. As a AAA member, I called roadside assistance which usually provides fast, efficient service. They told me Island Garage would be there within 45 minutes to tow is back to Cape Coral. After several more calls to AAA to inquire why the tow truck hadn't arrived yet, they finally showed up over 2 hours later. The driver said he was late due to a miscommunication. Pretty poor customer service, especially when we were going to be paying the tow company over $100 for the tow since we lived more than 5 miles from where our vehicle broke down."
