Hilton Orlando

"I'll start with the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel. The location is amazing. On arrival the room was barely clean and smelled horrible. There was hair all over the bathroom and black mildew on the tile floors & shower corners. My pillow cases had makeup on them. On Day 2, housekeeping came in and moved all of our stuff around and one of my rings was lost in the process. Probably scooped up in bedding or towels. Staff said that there is nothing they can do about it missing. Our room was repeatedly charged. We were there 3 days and each day we were at the desk getting charges removed at least twice. They double charged us for the room multiple times. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I will never stay at a Hilton ever again if this is their standard."

"Don't bother with this over priced dump, we are here for a convention, and for all the money we spent, we couldn't get anyone to help us with our bags, up to our room, and for the price you'd think they'd have a complimentary breakfast but no and then to top it off, there is a 90 minute wait to get room service in the morning. Called the front desk for an item I needed they never showed, called twice, not to mention that you get charged 35 dollars a day to park here as well. I've had much better accomodations at a Super 8 motel, at least they'll give you a donut in the morning. I am appalled at this hotel, oh and I forgot to mention, the pool is closed for repairs, good lord, what a rip off! Don't bother!"

"The staff was really helpful and.courteous. The property offered a variety if dining choices. The Italian Really was fabulous! We also had massages snd they were very professional & relaxing. The pool was amazing too with lots of areas to sit, go in one of the hot tubs, down the slide, play pool or foozeball or dine at the bar. There was also had waitstaff walking around taking food & drink orders & delivery right to your chair around the pool.. 5 star all the way!"

"Great hotel worth the splurge if you want a nice stay near Disneyland or Universal. Helpful staff, clean rooms and shared spaces. Lovely swimming pools and amenities included. Convenient shuttles to the parks and airport if you schedule ahead. They sell admission to Universal Studios downstairs, deals are pretty much exactly the same you’d find online. Lots of dining and activities available nearby, great location. Overall would recommend."

"All in all we had a good stay. The lobby area and shared spaces are modern and spacious. Rooms are rather big but outdated. They would benefit from a renovation but the beds are comfortable and the bed sheets were nice. The pool area was fine and the children enjoyed the Lazy River. The service was inconsistent. We had amazing service from the front-desk one day and not so great service the next day. As always, people dependent. Breakfast was good and there were healthy options, which is always appreciated."
