Mi Casa Hotel

"THIS is the hotel that guarantees you that you will make the right decision of getting a better hotel! I went to stay a couple of nights with some friends for a vacation since this hotel was close to all the parks. But between the service, the amenities, and how rooms itself are, its just one disaster after another: Rooms: the rooms are disgustingly broken down and infested with bugs. We found some roaches crawling around the table near where we put our stuff and a another bug in the bathtub. Speaking of which, the faucet for the bathtub was broken so water was leaking constantly, and the door had a crack for light to pear through and anyone outside to sneak a glance in. Amenities: THIS HOTEL REFUSES TO GIVE MORE THAN 1 TOILET PAPER!! We have asked MULTIPLE times both ON THE PHONE and IN PERSON to please give us toilet paper and they would always say "someone will come up and bring it to you". Its been 4 days and we bought ourselves some toilet paper and towels (apparently they ran out of that too) at the walmart near by. There is also creepy guys that hang outside the hotel just begging for money and gets extremely angry if you refuse. We told the workers about them and they said, "yeah, thats normal". Horrible!! Service: constantly ignore calls, nobody hangs around front desk, and there is no cleaning service available until AFTER you stay for at least 3 days (which was already a lie). Its just crazy enough that anyone of this was approved. If you love your friends and family enough, your hygiene, and practically your safety, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We are currently booking for a different hotel as of this review!!"

"This place is really bad and the service is terrible. My wife left her purse there and we called a few hours after we got back to tell them and they swore the purse wasn't in the room. Not only that but that they already have another guest checked into that room. I had to convince them through 6 calls and 4 emails it was in the room for them to look for it and Eureka it was in the room. They said if I send them a shipping label they would send it back. They've had the label for a week and still not shipped. After another 6 phone calls and three emails they said Fedex wont take it. I have a scheduled pick up for today but I am guessing somehow it won't end up on that truck. Strongly recommend DO NOT STAY HERE, also when I asked them if housekeeping was in the room they said that housekeeping doesn't go into rooms while guests are checked in. Only hotel I ever stayed in that doesn't even clean their rooms."

"Good location! Me and my 4 friends stayed for 5 days! And on the third day I ordered room service and they made a big fuss saying that I couldn't go, that I would have to make an appointment in advance, that they clean before 8am, all of this so I wouldn't have to clean. It was our right every three days for the room to have the trash removed and the towels and sheets changed. After all this confusion, they went fine. I rented the room for 5 people and they only left 3 towels and didn't leave pillows or sheets for the sofa bed and they didn't want to provide them to us either! We had to start a fight to have it. The jacuzzi is extremely cold!"

"This place was disgusting. We don’t complain ever, we knew it was a budget hotel.. but the basic hotel amenities weren’t present, no ice, the jacuzzi was literally cold water, there’s a thick sticky black layer on the carpet. We got in late and we found cockroaches in the bathroom. We went to get food for our kids and thought to pick up some sanitizer spray so we could clean surfaces because we were concerned that the dark furniture could have been hiding more germs. Especially because of the smell. We came back to the room and took a towel and wiped the surfaces the towel turned black. We needed up having to stay because we were there so late. In the morning the light from outside was shining through our door. We promptly left the hotel. My husband got more pictures from the outside, lousy patch jobs, structures that were poorly put together. Cracks in the walls, water damage on the mirror. Just sad. It could be a cool place to be due to the location. The rooms just need a complete revamp. Don’t go here, basic amenities are not offered, it was just gross and probably unhealthy to stay here."

"The checkin was easy and good, hotel location was great! The room was very smelly, it had a damp smell throughout. We thought it’s okay since we will be there only for sleeping in. Then I noticed my son’s feet had black dirt all over, like literally it was all black then I looked at my feet the same thing. It grossed me out, we went and complained about it in the reception that the room is very dirty smelly and damp. She gave us another room. We had to move all our stuff to the other room. That room again had the damp smell, but I guess the carpet was relatively clean. Then next day at night we noticed the bathroom sink had a small leak. We used the towels so that it doesn’t make a mess and we were dead tired to complain about it. Next day(our 3rd day of stay) we barely had any towels left to use, so my husband went to the desk to ask for some. This response blew my fuse, they said to my husband that we are supposed to laundry the towels and reuse it and gave us the new towels with a grin. I was like which hotel in this planet would say such a thing like that!!!! Even the cheapest motel would never say that! Breakfast was okay, not enough space in the dining room to accommodate more than ~20folks and people were standing and having their breakfast. Overall the stay was peaceful but not clean."
