"Hours have become inconvenient (for me personally, I can't speak for everyone who works late), as they now close at 6pm on week days. Staff used to be kind and helpful but something has changed. I have witnessed rude and unprofessional behavior towards others and myself. Today was pretty bad. The only reason I go to a Walmart pharmacy is due to lack of insurance coverage on my medication elsewhere, unfortunately. I sure hope things get better here."

"I just switched to this pharmacy after a debacle with the Walgreens Pharmacy that couldn’t find my prescription and once they did was trying to overcharge me. This pharmacy was so different! They were kind and helpful. The pharmacist even waited on hold for 15 mins to help me get my prescription transferred over from Walgreens. I was able to get my medication right away! And it was way cheaper than all of the other pharmacies in the area! I wish I would’ve went with them sooner. Would have saved myself $$$ and a huge headache!"

"They refuse new customers all the time. I went there because my new insurance said Walmart is in the network, I was told that my doctor has to call them to authorize my prescription at Walmart!!!!! Have you ever heard of such a thing? They know my insurance is at Walmart but refuse to fill them. What is wrong with this pharmacy? I guess my next step would be to call someone who can find out why they do this. It's not fair to put customers through this treatment, no explanation why, and who can get a hold of their doctor on a weekend? DO I CALL THE I INSURANCE COMMISSIONER? What would be my next step."
