"Pharmacist wouldn't refill my much needed Gabapentin. It was due the 31st of January, my Neurologist office even called and when I spoke to pharmacist 4 hours after Neurologist said it should be filled he flat out lied to me and said they never called. Taking our business elsewhere! He's rude and uncaring!"

"When I go to Walgreens I usually know what I want. They do tend to have "orange tag" sales that are out of this world!!! Definitely worth checking early in the day to get the best deals."

"I have been to a lot of Walgreens in my 62 years, but this is by far the worst. they close the pharmacy randomly not allowing you to get the meds that are ready because of no pharmacist on duty. There web sight works on and off for prescriptions it will turn your auto fill off all on its own others will be o.k. Very rude, like it's my fault not theirs when something goes wrong. for instance, they say I have no refills left they will contact my doctor I clearly have refills as I just received the script 2 months ago with 5 refills (yes it says on my bottle) when you try to explain they get rude. If they have to call your doctor good luck. they say they will or have, but for some reason they don't. Be warned, find another pharmacy other than Walgreens they are all going downhill."

"I called and asked if they had Dr Tichenour mouth wash. I was told yes and so my bf went inside. They did not have it and he was told I never called. It's one thing to be confused about a product but to call a customer a liar is so wrong. I know where I called."

"Location near my office, closed just for the heck of it, running out of prescriptions, but plenty of free shots and you get a 12 pack of beer with the shots? Huh!. Store is awful. Switching to Publix Food store."
